Delivery & Returns
We understand how exciting it is to purchase a new candle so it is important to us that our customers receive their orders as soon as possible. As all of our candles are hand poured often to order, occasionally they may take a little longer to arrive. If this is the case we will let you know and do our best to get it sent out to you as quick as possible. If you’ve ordered something for a special occasion please let us know in the notes section of your order or email us and we’ll see what we can do to ensure it arrives well in time.
For larger orders, delivery may sometimes take a little longer as we do not keep a large stock of products. This is because we pour in small batches to ensure premium quality and that you receive freshly poured candles!
Sadly at the moment we are only able to post within the United Kingdom. If you are looking for delivery further afield, please contact us to see if something could be arranged. For UK delivery orders should arrive within 2-4 working days after despatch via Royal Mail.
Standard delivery costs are £3.50.
We don’t currently offer Next Day delivery, but if you would like your purchase sooner contact us to see what we can do for you.
All of our packaging is recycled, reused or recyclable. Please note that some orders may arrive in reused cardboard boxes, if your candle is for a gift and you would like a new box please let us know in the notes section of your order.
We take great care when producing and packaging our products so they arrive to you in top condition but we appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. If for whatever reason you are not 100% happy with your order please do get in touch by email firstname.lastname@example.org within 4 days of receipt to arrange a refund. We require the item(s) returned back to us within 14 days of despatch. We will endeavour to resolve this as quickly as we can, please be aware we may ask for photographs to assist in this process. We are unable to provide replacements or refunds without proof of damaged goods.
We sadly cannot refund or replace candles that have been used unless faulty.
Please note: We are unable to cover the costs of returns if the items are not faulty.
For items not purchased directly though Caerlaverock Candles: We are unable to refund or accept returns for any items purchased through a third party such as other online platforms or independent retailers. If you are not 100% happy with your items, please direct any enquires to the place of purchase.
